회사원A의 하루 : 아침편 with 라뮤끄

This video is a collaboration with Lamuqe. Calary Girl’s Day: Morning Edition When I wake up in the morning, my mind is blank. My mind is blank because my mind is blank. Passionately, fervently…my mind is blank. Once I am concious enough, I wash my hands with wet wipes next to my head. I’m preparing myself for the ceremonial routine. I throroughly wipe between my fingers and under my fingernails. Cleansing tissues are also always by my head. I gently wipe off any dust or sebum from the night before. It looks like I’m wiping harshly, right? But actually, I’m being super gentle. I wipe around my eyes and down my neck as well. After setting Youtube on my tablet, I officially start my routine. After pumping a ton of massage oil on my face, I massage from my neck to my ears, chin, then face. If you massage while lying down in the morning, it REALLY makes a difference in your face. Plus, in the morning, your skin is in a bare state and can absorb better, so I tend to use high-end products to massage my face. Here’s a chilling fact: this pillow, which destroys my interior design, is actually a 100,000 won pillow cover that helps with skin anti-aging. It doesn’t really explain the mechanics behind it, but it apparently helps reduce wrinkles with continuous use, so I had it delivered from the States (Sephora). This greatest downside of this pillow: I see no effects. I head to the bathroom after finishing my massage. I only use foam cleansers at night, while I use non-foaming gel cleansers in the morning. I already wiped my face with a cleansing tissue anyway. I used up my Verite one very well, so I tried buying the Etude House one, but the Etude House one was strangely uncomfortable for me. I should just get another one from Verite. I turn on my waterproof bluetooth speakers to prevent boredom, and shower. For my daily shampoo, I use Agalia, which my hair salon uses. I use treatment from the same brand, but there isn’t much after pouring it into my green hair dye. I change my shampoo based on each day’s condition, this shampoo that I received from a Japanese salon is apparently “raw?” shampoo, it uses a refill pack on purpose to prevent contact with air. Apparently the shampoo deteriorates when it meets air. Once a week, I use deep cleansing shampoo to rid of the oils in my scalp, and use Claus Porto’s Madrigal as body wash. Then I use Lush’s Ro’s Argan Body Conditioner. Now I start my skincare. Steamers are super good! Super good. After putting purifed water in the steamer bottle, I tend to like the course for elasticity. A moment later, steam comes out like this. We have a lot to do while we face the steam. Check social networking apps, apply hair oil, and cut White Rabbit cotton pads for saline packs. The steamer goes on for about 10 minutes, but in the hot summer, I use 5 minutes for my face and 5 minutes for hair. As I turn around and steam my hair, I cool down my face with a saline pack. Seriously, if you steam your hair, your hair becomes SUPER conditioned. During that, I check Instagram and stretch. Lastly, the steamer emits a cool mist. I roll my head to get it evenly. I dry my hair with the saline pack still on and drip saline solution here and there, too. I dry my hair again and then apply hair oil. I ordered argan hair oil from Lucid L, but it wasn’t delivered during the holiday. I’m using camellia oil instead. Camellia oil is a bit too rich for the summer. Then I take off the saline pack. Without washing my face, I immediately go into skincare. This Matsuyama skin from Japan is just plain and plaaiiiiinnnn. I use it because of its plainness. With a shirucotto cotton pad, I apply it with a patting motion. The point here is to NEVER wipe. This is from Decleor, which you might not have heard of before. The spa I go to used this once, it fit my skin so well that I bought it in bulk. It really fits my super-sensitive skin. Even a patting motion sometimes irritates my rhinitis- and atopy-prone skin, these days I just press it in. I finish off my morning skincare with a cream. I switch between my Decleor and Sulwhasoo creams. I’ll use Sulwhasoo today~ Since it’s the morning, I only apply a little bit. I press it in so that there’s so patting sound. For all you ear-cleaning addicts! Great news!! This product is called an “ear cleanser” which is a clear gel that you put on a Q-tip. You can clean your ears gently, without blood. Plus, you get a lot of “that” on your Q-tip, too. Finally, I apply the Jo Malone body cream. That was Calary Girl’s morning skincare routine! This video is a collaboration with Lamuqe. To be honest, you have to go to school and work, so it’s not easy to make time to massage your face, etc. But on weekends, or on days that you can sleep in, it’s seriously good to massage your face LYING DOWN! I hope you guys try it out! Did you enjoy Calary Girl’s morning routine video? I, just a BIT older than Calary Girl, also made a morning routine video. Click the exclamation mark in the top right corner to see it. It’s fun to compare and contrast our routines! Let’s go and become skin-beauties! 자막 by 연이
