15 CRORE Home Tour – Canada

15 CRORE Home Tour – Canada

Hello everyone! Namaste! I hope all of you are doing well. At the very outset, I’d like to tell you that this house is not mine Because I don’t have that kind of money This home belongs to my husband’s colleague He had invited us over today The first thing I did after seeing the home was requesting him if I can shoot a video of this home The previous Home Tour video you saw on my channel was only 1 Bedroom This home is the polar opposite of that home This home is what we call a Rich Man’s House Let’s go and see how big this house is So, this is the house The size of a home here is usually measured by number of rooms and garages I don’t know how many rooms there are in this house But I just saw that this house has 3 garages And you can see how beautiful this home is from the outside Now, let’s go inside and see how beautiful it is from the inside As soon as we enter, we see that there’s a very beautiful living room You’ll also notice a special guest of our home tour This is the living room The owners have only recently moved in here This house is so beautiful, I won’t be able to explain it in words But it is very very pretty This is the living area and they’ve put family pictures It has been decorated very nicely Let’s go and see what else there’s to see Right next to the living room is another room which is a bedroom This area is also a part of the living room This is a different area which is connected to the open kitchen You can see how spacious this place is And if you look at the ceiling, you’ll notice how high it is Like I mentioned, the owners have only recently moved in And they’re still setting up the furniture You need a lot of furniture for a house like this It’s not easy. When you buy a big home, you have to buy a lot of other things as well The owners have only put in the furniture from their old place for now And they’re planning to buy more stuff Now, moving to the open kitchen area The concept here is that dining area is usually right next to the kitchen So it’s easy to cook food and serve it You can see this is their cute round dining table Let’s move towards the kitchen now You can see how big the kitchen is This is called the island where you can eat quick snacks You can also put stuff here Underneath this are cabinets There’s a lot of storage in here You can judge by the size of the kitchen that there’d be plenty of storage capacity There’s so many cabinets all around And the gas stove is a six burner gas stove Beneath the stove is the oven You already know what a Chimney is As the house gets bigger, the quality of appliances also gets higher I’m seeing cabinets all around me. So much storage! When I came here, I asked the owners that I can’t the refrigerator This cabinet is actually a fridge If you want to see This is the fridge So, this was the kitchen Usually most homes and mansions have bedrooms on the second floor The ground floor is the living area, kitchen and dining Bedrooms are usually on top We’ve reached the area where all the rooms are located I believe this house has four rooms and this is the first one Obviously, I’m not going to open the door But the rooms are very spacious So on this path here, you’ll see the second room And this is the third one Moving forward, this is the fourth room We’re in the laundry area now and it is really big and spacious and again, you’ll find more and more storage here Now we’re in the backyard Once you enter the backyard, it feels like you’ve come to a park You can check out behind me how big the backyard is There’s a pool here! In my previous video, I had told that big houses have open pools here And people have pool parties in the summer Today, I got the chance to show it to you people It has a bit more to it and I’d like to show it to you Now you’ll see that what looked like just a pool has more to it I’d like to remind you that this is still the backyard This is not a park Moving on further in the backyard, there’s so much grass here There are so many things here There’s a shower area here Hot or cold, whatever shower you want to take The backyard is so big and well built, it can practically be used as home for someone like me Like I said, when there are pool parties here You can entertain people here. You can keep your drinks here It’s almost like a kitchen. You can make your cocktails, mocktails whatever you want There’s a proper kitchen with enough storage capacity You can even install a TV here You can make a small house for yourself in here Isn’t this amazing? This is the patio You can enjoy this place in the summers You can put furniture here. Tables, chairs and enjoy here Now we’re headed towards the basement You won’t feel here that you’re actually in the basement The basement is also spacious and has a lot of rooms This is the first room with attached washroom This is the second room Ooops. Sorry, this is a storage This is a really open space You can do whatever you want with it This is a really big basement and you can do whatever you wish to do with it There’s another room here in the basement. The cold storage room. So this was a home tour of a really big house in Canada Personally, I loved it I hope you liked it as well. I hope you liked the video. Thank you so much for watching my video. Keep spreading happiness!

    Keep smiling and keep growing!
    Regards
    SHATRUJEET

  16. House is massive and beautiful but its very difficult to maintain. I personally prefer everything in one floor. Fr me apartment is better.

  17. I don't like this type of home. Issi type ke gher me murder bhi ho jata hai or pta 5 din bad chalta hai. Mujhe to dekhker hi der lag raha hai.

  18. My nani house is like that in india and many my many friends live in these type of houses. My room size is also bigger. Sirf poool nhi hai 😂

  19. Wow! What an awesome house Niketa ji. As an Canadian PR aspirant, it's my dream to own a house like this. It may seem a day dream now, but after landing Canada (very soon, confident!) I will definitely work hard to achieve it.

Thanks ever so much niketa ji. I've a request, could please make a video on "the most livable cities in Canada for a new immigrant ". Personally speaking, I'm in a real fix between Vancouver, Calgary and Toronto. Can you please help me Niketa ji???

  20. Hi Niketa

I am also going to apply for Canada PR. I am PhD in microbiology…. please tell me the job opportunities for this
