Hi! Today we’ll learn how to create glowing
edges using dual lighting effect Click the background layer
and hit ‘Ctrl J’ to make a copy Add gradiant adjustment layer set up the shape of the the angle as shown Hit the gradiant bar and and pick a color Hit OK Move the upper arrows to determine
how dominant the color will be Hi OK switch the layer mode to ‘Color’ We’ll repeat the same actions to apply
lighting on the other side of the face Hit ‘Ctrl J’to make a copy of
the Gradiant adjutment layer Open up the gradiant fill window again
and set up the opposite angle Click the gradiant bar click on the lower left arrow
and pick a different color Hit OK Play with the upper left arrows to
determine how dominanat the yellow will be Hit OK ‘Ctrl J’ to make a copy of
the blue gradiant adjutment lay And change the copied layer’s mode to ‘Soft light’ decrease the layer’s opacity as shown click the yellow gradiant adjustment layer
and hit ‘Ctrl J’ to make a copy and switch the copied layer’s mode to ‘Soft light’ Play with the layer’s opacity if needed Add Curves adjustment layer Make some brightness adjustment If needed, straighten up
the dividing color line in the middle Go to the yellow gradiant adjustment layer, click
on the white mask Take a black brush With a low flow % And start deleting some of the yellows This is Before and after… click on the top layer and then hold shift
and click the last layer we want to include in a
group and then click ‘Ctrl G’ Thank you for watching!
