How To Make Layers of Earth on Globe 3D real DIY School Science Project

Let us take the plastic ball and make the first marking. Now let us make several markings on the ball
as shown in this image. To do this take a thick thread and measure
the circumference of the ball by circling the thread around the ball and then measure the thread. In our case circumference is 56.5cm. Make the second marking on half the circumference
by doubling the thread. Now let us mark the other markings by further
doubling the thread. Carefully make all the markings as shown in
the image. Now, let us make the linings by joining the
marks we made. Be sure to make a D on the top of the triangle. Under the guidance of elders cut along the
linings with the help of a blade to cut out the triangle. Now, carefully cut the top along the D to
preserve the north pole. Let us now calculate the radius of the sphere. Circumference=2 pie Radius. C=2(3.14) R You can also calculate radius with the help
of online calculator. Now that our radius is approx 9 cm. We will draw a semi circle and a quarter with help of a compass and cut it out from the cardboard. Do some finishing and stick the three quarters
at 90 degrees with the help of tape. This seems to be perfect. But, to make it stay at place we will fill
the empty ball with some trash and keep it at its place. Also insert the spoke from North pole and
let it come out of south pole. Place the quarter in the ball to see if it
is a perfect fit, if not fill some more trash. Draw a circle which is 1 cm more than the
radius on a drawing sheet. Then draw a circle which is of the size of
the radius of the ball and then divide it into 4 quarters and cut one quarter out. Then arbitrarily draw 4 concentric circles
which will represent the layers of inner earth. Now quickly color the layers of earth in bright colors. Leaving the outer 1 cm blank. Cut the outer black circle in zig-zag fashion so that we can stick it on the ball. Stick this paper on the cardboard and place it in the empty space on the ball and stick it with the help of Micropore tape which has rough surface so that we can color it. You can also label it if you like. Now start painting the surface of the ball
with blue poster color. After the color dries keep a map and carefully mark the continents on the ball with a pen and then paint it white or green as you wish. Hurray we have done it. We have made a real globe with 3D layers of earth. If you like the video comment and give a thumbs up and do not forget to subscribe.

  1. Simple idea
    Things needed

    1. Globe(small cuz u don't want to waste your money or u can have it big)
    2. Paint

Cut the globe as the boy did then paint and label the globe .

    Genius idea

  2. I'm makeing one and i see poeople use the same colors but backwards and the inner core is red isn't that the proper way to do it ..but I also see people do it this way too

  3. You might wanna work on your accent, no offense or anything. But it is a little hard to understand, I can understand, but others might not be able too. Thanks, I was using the same thing but with a globe, so no need for paint

  4. What is this garbage we are teaching our children? The Earth is 7917.5 miles in diameter and the deepest drill hole man has achieved is only 7 miles. Mankind has barely scratched the surface but somehow we know whats beneath us all the way to the core. It should be taught as a theory not as a matter of fact.

  5. Can you make me one because i have to turn in this friday december 14-18 i will pay you please i need to turn in at friday

  7. Do the balls in the description box work for this project? Because they don’t look like they would be able to be cut. Please someone answer this as I need to know whether to buy them or not?
