Megan Lee, DIT Interior Design – Overall Thoughts on the UD Grand Challenge

I feel that, It was also it was just a good opportunity to see how
other people perceived you and again to learn from other people, other designers especially
and that it can be fun and it can be enjoyable, what we’re doing and how people use things. I think that also, you know any type of winning
of any sort is going to be a confidence booster but also that you can say to next people that
apply for this that even if your project isn’t finished, which mine wasn’t it was half
way done and I still got through to the short list so, and I think people should still they
should put forward any type of design for any type of project regardless of if they
think it’s good enough or not because you never know what someone else thinks or if
this could be used further by anyone else in the future and I think that again with
the idea that your getting up there and presenting this and you’re able to talk about your
design is always helpful in any sort of classroom or competition or anything.
