OP-Z dmx lights

OP-Z dmx lights

hello world!
i’m tobias from teenage engineering. and this is the OP-Z. this is a short introduction to the OP-Z’s
built in dmx light control features. dmx is the universal protocol
for controlling light rigs. it’s used in large live stage rigs… …and can of-course also be used in
smaller settings, like a home party. the OP-Z has a separate track dedicated entirely
to sending dmx signals to your light rig. you can program this track just
like any other track on the OP-Z. i’ll show you… let’s say we want to sync these
lamps to a beat we made before. activate the dmx track like this. different keys across the musical keyboard
correspond to different behavior for the lights. this can be programmed in the
sequencer just like any other track. thats it for this basic dmx introduction. thank you for watching. enjoy!
