  1. Is there really such a an ancient Chinese saying, 3/10th of a building is the work of the craftsman, 7/10ths that of the owners? This to me seems to promote being acquisitive versus being builders of things worthwhile (whether intellectual systems or physical structures), that stand the test of time,

    Hardly what one would imagine playing in the minds of ancient Emperors of old. Yet such media content is very telling of the kind of age we live in, and where things stand today.

    Public Image Limited indeed, whereby who and what you're supposed to be, is in the hands of "experts" who manufacture, trade, and broker image, identity and perception, as though it were just another commodity to exploit.
